EFT sessions

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any session, program, or service offered by Jessica Kwasny (“Practitioner”), you (“Client”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment & Financial Commitment
Client agrees to pay the full program fee as stated on the checkout page (ThriveCart, invoice, or custom link). All payments are non-refundable, regardless of level of participation or results.

If a payment plan is selected, Client is legally responsible for completing all installments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services and/or collections action.

2. Nature of Services
Practitioner provides mentoring, coaching, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), somatic nervous-system support, and personal development guidance.

These services are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, psychological diagnosis, or treatment of any condition. Practitioner is not a:
* Medical doctor
* Psychologist
* Psychotherapist
* Psychiatrist
* Social worker
* Registered counselor

No medical, mental health, legal, tax, or financial advice is being provided.
Client is responsible for consulting appropriate licensed professionals for medical or psychological concerns.

3. Personal Responsibility & Results
Client acknowledges that results vary based on personal commitment, integration, circumstances, and individual nervous-system patterns.

Practitioner does not guarantee:
* Income increases
* Business growth
* Emotional outcomes
* Physical or psychological improvements

Client agrees they are fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and results during and after the program.

4. Confidentiality
Practitioner agrees to maintain confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law (including immediate threats to safety, suspected abuse, or court order).

Practitioner may engage in peer consultation for professional development, without sharing Client’s identity or identifying details.

5. Communication & Boundaries
This service includes reasonable email support.
Response times are not guaranteed and this service is not for crisis or emergency support.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations
Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations require minimum 24 hours notice to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Late arrivals of 10+ minutes may be considered a forfeited session.

7. Intellectual Property
All methods, frameworks, training materials, and techniques shared remain the exclusive property of the Practitioner.

Client may not record, replicate, teach, publish, or distribute these materials.

8. Integrity & Signature Confirmation
We hold integrity as one of our highest values.

By making this investment, Client acknowledges that:
* This purchase serves as the electronic equivalent of a signature
* Client has read, understood, and agrees to these Terms & Conditions
* Client enters this agreement voluntarily and with full personal responsibility.

9. Liability Release
Client voluntarily participates, acknowledging that emotional discomfort may occur in the process of nervous system work.

Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Practitioner harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation, including physical, emotional, psychological, or financial outcomes.

Client agrees they are voluntarily assuming all risks and may stop participation at any time.

10. Agreement
By completing purchase, accessing materials, or attending any session, Client confirms they have read, understand, and agree to all terms listed above.
