Refunds: 
Due to the nature of the services provided, there are no refunds, transfers or cancellations. Jess Kwasny Coaching does not issue refunds due to lack of attendance in program, overcommitting, or personal disagreements. By purchasing this program you acknowledge you are ready to complete the full investment and that there will be no refunds issued. 

Client/Customer Status: 
If you have been permanently removed from any Jess Kwasny Coaching’s programs due to non-payment, you are not eligible for good faith payment plans in the future. If you do decide to enroll in another program, you must pay-in-full and/or remit all payments prior to services or digital products being rendered.

False chargebacks or disputes towards Jess Kwasny Coaching via any payment processors are required to be paid back within 5 business days and can result in a permanent ban and block. 

Intellectual Property Rights:
In respect of the documents and videos specifically created for Captions that Convert, the Coach maintains all of the copyright, other intellectual property rights and any other data or material used or subsisting in the Material whether finished or unfinished. Client receives one license for personal use of any content provided the Coach.

Nothing in this Agreement shall transfer ownership of or rights to any intellectual property of the Coach to the Client, nor grant any right or license other than those stated in this Agreement. For the purposes of this Clause, “Material” shall mean the materials, in whatever form, used by the Coach to provide the Services and the products, systems, programs or processes, produced by the Coach pursuant to this Agreement. 

Scope of Program: Digital mini course.
